All sales of industrial chemical solvents, thinners, and fabricated process equipment by Sri Chementor Private Limited are governed by the commercial terms outlined below.
Prices quoted in formal proforma invoices are ex-plant Perumbakkam unless explicitly stated as landed/CIF. Chemical solvent commodity prices are subject to raw material and crude market fluctuations until formal purchase order acceptance.
Shipments are accompanied by a batch Certificate of Analysis (COA). Receiving parties must verify barrel seals and tanker dip measurements prior to unloading. In the event of specification discrepancies, notification must be lodged within 48 hours of delivery.
Buyers receiving bulk solvent tankers must maintain grounded discharge lines, certified flame-proof pumps, and authorized safety reception facilities compliant with statutory hazardous chemical handling laws.
All commercial contracts and legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Puducherry / Villupuram.
